Easter 2022 at FBC
He is RISEN!
This FACT continues to be the central part of our faith. The fact that Jesus died for our sins and then rose from the dead to end the power of death on our lives, is cause for reflection and celebration.
That will be the focus of our time during this Easter season!
We hope you and your family will make plans to join us in this season - the season of remembrance, of reflection, and of celebrating our RISEN Savior, Jesus Christ!
Events of Easter 2022
Palm Sunday Service
Regular Bible Study Groups - 9am
Join us Sunday morning during our regular 10:15am service. We'll be observing the Lord's Supper and all are welcome!
Easter Art show
We have numerous artistic items that have been created by our church family that represent the Death, Burial and Resurrection of our Savior, Jesus Christ! These items will be the focal points of our Good Friday event on Friday evening.
These items, created by both children and adults, will be on silent auction Easter Sunday morning, and all proceeds will go toward our Annie Armstrong Easter Offering for Home Missions.
Good friday prayer event
4:30-6:30pm
This multi-sensory prayer experience will include personal and family time to consider the price Jesus paid on our behalf. Each family/individual will walk through, at their own pace, various prayer stations. Each station will challenge you to think about and pray through your personal response to the sacrifice of Jesus.
This promises to be a special time during Easter for everyone.
Easter Sunday at FBC
9:00am Fellowship, Family Photo Shoots and Silent auction - Families will be able to take pictures together with our custom Easter backdrop and items from our Easter Art Show will be on silent auction for purchase (proceeds go toward missions)
10:15am Worship Celebration - we will have one service and it will include a choir, videos and an encouraging message from our pastor, celebrating a Risen Savior!
